Tokimonki provides a language exchange platform where users can connect with partners for language practice. We are currently offering a free pilot program to allow users to experience our services at no cost.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tokimonki. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
4. Account Registration
To participate in the free pilot program, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
5. Use of Services
You agree to use Tokimonki only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You will not use the platform to:
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Post, share, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
6. Free Pilot Program
The free pilot program is offered at no cost to users and is intended to provide an opportunity to experience Tokimonki's language exchange services. Tokimonki reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the free pilot program at any time without notice.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you post, share, or transmit through Tokimonki. However, by posting content on the platform, you grant Tokimonki a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the operation of the platform.

- Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the services.
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party.
